DOMESTIC ROTATIONS
Architect Giovanni Cagnato hosts Epònimo’s furniture collection in the fourth stage of evolution that he designed for his home in via Solferino, appropriately named Domestic Rotations. The rooms of the apartment switch their roles and functions in a rotational movement while offering original compositional and chromatic suggestions for today’s domestic landscape. Eponimo’s pieces are actors in this play, well versed in the art of metamorphosis. New for 2019 are Long Playing, a new family of etagere and small side tables and Big Sur, a coffee table: they both can modify their shape with a rotational movement echoing the theme of the presentation. Last but not least is Nova OW a small textile armchair with monodirectional wheels.
